CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


  • Ted Noble is Chief Executive Officer of Wintec Energy. Ted brings over two decades of leadership experience in every phase of energy infrastructure development. He has guided the company’s portfolio through concept, entitlement, construction, and operation, ensuring thorough execution for Wintec’s development partners on projects of all scales.

    Under his direction Wintec has delivered over a dozen major initiatives, notably the 800MW Sentinel Energy Project and the development of the 400MW / 1600MWh Desert Peak battery project. Throughout his tenure, Ted has been instrumental in shaping Wintec’s strategy, drawing on his development and financial expertise to navigate complex regulatory and market environments.

    His commitment to innovation, combined with a practical approach to project delivery, has consistently driven growth for Wintec while advancing cleaner, more resilient power solutions. Ted received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSEL


  • Jon serves as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Wintec. In these roles, he leads the company’s financial planning and operations and manages internal legal matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional strategy.

    Jon holds deep expertise in counseling private companies and investment funds, including:

    • the formation and representation of privately-held companies, private investment funds, fund managers and special purpose investment entities;

    • corporate governance;

    • the representation of issuers and investors in investment fund fundraising and equity and debt financings of privately-held companies;

    • the structuring and negotiation of secondary transactions in private company securities and investment fund partnership interests;

    • mergers & acquisitions; and

    • securities laws and investment adviser compliance.

    In addition to his role at Wintec, Jon is a Partner Emeritus at M&H, LLP, a corporate and technology law boutique based in Silicon Valley.  Jon holds an B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business and a J.D. from the U.C. Berkely School of Law.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER


  • Logan Adermatt is Chief Strategy Officer at Wintec, where he leads corporate strategy, business development, and market expansion efforts. With a background spanning consulting, finance, and technology, he brings deep expertise in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations, and driving long-term value creation.

    Before joining Wintec, Logan was a Manager at McKinsey & Company and Actionist Consulting, where he advised clients across technology, private equity, financial services, and real estate. His strategic insights and execution-oriented approach have helped businesses navigate complex market landscapes and capitalize on emerging trends.

    Beyond his role at Wintec, Logan serves on the board of HCN Bank, a technology-focused community bank with a long-standing presence in the Inland Empire. Logan earned his B.A. in Political Science and Mandarin Chinese from Davidson College and his M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

  • Fred Noble is the founder, former CEO, and current Chairman of the Board of Wintec. As one of the original pioneers of wind energy in California, Fred has been instrumental in building the region’s renewable energy landscape since 1980.

    Fred’s leadership and vision have shaped Wintec’s approach to energy infrastructure. Under his guidance, the company has delivered projects across wind, solar, battery, and natural gas. His focus on innovation continues to drive Wintec’s growth today.

    Before transitioning to energy development, Fred practiced law in Los Angeles, California. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his J.D. from UCLA Law School. Fred also served as an officer aboard the U.S.S. Limon K. SwensonDD 729.
